Nicola Holmes – Managing Director

During Nicolas life within Wettons, she has worked in a number of supporting departments including Health & Safety and Quality; achieving ISO accreditations. Nicola has undertaken a number of operational positions since joining the business in the late 1980’s and through her dedication and passion for achieving excellence achieved her current role as Managing Director in 1997.
Nicola has worked across all the different sectors that Wettons operates within but started her operational management career within the Hospitality sector with a portfolio comprising of 5* hotels and casinos requiring very high standards. Nicola has taken these exceptional standards throughout her career and looks for the same professionalism across the company portfolio.


Justin Baker – Operations Director

Having qualified as an accountant for Price Waterhouse Coopers and working within the Investment Banking sector for a number years, Justin joined Wettons in 2000.
Working within the Operations team, Justin has introduced a number of innovative processes, IT systems and machinery and continues to improve our service provision through the influences of Kaizen, collaborative working and market research.
As an accountant Justin has been working closely with the Sales department providing a competitive financial solution, tailor made for each of our client’s needs.


Jason Baker - Finance Director

As Financial Director, Jason has responsibility for finance and commercial procurement. Jason plays an active role in both finance and operations, particularly in the mobilisation phase of new contracts. He is responsible for ensuring sufficient resources are available for all new contracts to commence smoothly and for the necessary adjustments to comply with contract compliance. Jason has over 15 years’ experience working in the cleaning industry and previously worked for a city based accountancy firm where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
